Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Requirements


Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SUPERVISOR



Responsibilities: 
 Asbestos Abatement Supervisor will ensure safe, proper and profitable completion of all residential and commercial projects.

Types of Activities: 
* Meet with Project Managers
* Be Site Supervisor for abatement workers
* Ensure all Federal, State & Local asbestos laws are properly followed on site
* Schedule manpower, material and equipment
* Residential, Commercial and Government work sites

Qualifications/Requirements: 
Must have Supervisor experience in asbestos abatement and demolition. Must be able to wear a respirator and will be subject to medical clearance.   

Must Have: 
* Current Asbestos Supervisor Certification (Company will assist with training)
* Valid Driver’s License
* Ability to clearly communicate with client and demonstrate professionalism
* High degree of comfort in running crews of various sizes (Company will have on the job training)
* Knowledge in DNR, EPA & OSHA Regulations for the Industry (Company will assist new candidates)
* Knowledge in State regulations for State of Wisconsin (Company will assist new candidates)

ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT MANAGER




Responsibilities: 
Environmental Project Manager will manage and lead a project team through the abatement process, from estimate to final completion.

Types of Activities: 
* Manage self-performed labor, materials and equipment
* Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
* Perform post bid assembly and post project analysis
* Provide scope sheets for each sub-trade and owner for review
* Work closely with owner to provide weekly updates.

Qualifications/Requirements: 
Have a strong understanding in all areas of the construction process including subcontractor negotiating, scheduling and plan reading.

Must Have:   
* Valid Driver’s License 
* Ability to manage several jobs at the same time
* Strong computer skills

ENVIRONMENTAL ESTIMATOR



Responsibilities: 
Environmental Estimator will be responsible for evaluating opportunities and providing complete bid package and follow up for all environmental projects for this small and growing company.

Types of Activities: 
* Provide accurate cost estimates for Residential and Commercial Projects
* Obtain competing bids from all subcontractors in preparation of cost estimate
* Review RFP’s, drawings and specifications
* Continually evaluate project for value engineering opportunities
* Work closely with Project Management, Construction Team Leaders and Owners
* Provide support for project change orders, scope changes, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements: 
A strong understanding of the construction and estimating process is required, both residential and commercial. Have commercial estimating experience, preferably with abatement contractors.  

Must Have: 
* Valid Drivers License
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
* Strong Computer Skills
* In depth understanding of RFP’s, drawings and specifications
* Proficiency with Estimating software programs
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
* Accuracy and deadline driven

ASBESTOS ABATEMENT WORKER



Responsibilities: 
 Asbestos Abatement Worker will perform removal of Asbestos containing materials in a safe and professional manner, following all DNR, EPA and OSHA guidelines. 

Types of Activities: 
* Removal of asbestos and selective demolition according to procedural guidelines
* Residential, Commercial and Government work sites

Qualifications/Requirements: 
Previous experience in asbestos abatement and demolition is a plus (BUT NOT REQUIRED). Must be able to wear a respirator and will be subject to medical clearance.  

Must Have: 
* Current Asbestos Worker Certification (Company will assist with training) 
* Valid Driver’s License
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in a changing environment
